Taxes and Customs Duties: International orders from JingleMining exclude Value Added Tax (VAT). Customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties according to their country’s laws and customs regulations. Failure to pay these fees may result in the return of the product to the supplier. Customers must handle any customs issues that arise, and JingleMining will not be liable for miscalculations or expenses related to taxes and duties.

Undelivered Packages: In cases where packages are returned undelivered, JingleMining will make efforts to contact the customer for re-shipment arrangements. If the customer refuses delivery upon re-shipment attempts, further actions may be necessary.
